The whole process of using this new type of daylily withering and drying machine can be completed by only 1~2 people, which changes the disadvantage of high labor intensity of traditional drying, shortens the drying time by more than two-thirds, and greatly saves costs. For heat sources, you can choose coal, biomass pellets, natural gas, steam, electricity (air energy heat pump), etc., and then match the heat exchange system to replace pure hot air for daylily drying, which will not pollute its quality. In addition, the intelligent control system can improve the drying quality, which is an ideal equipment for centralized industrial daylily drying. It can also dry chrysanthemums, honeysuckle and other materials that need to be withered and dried.

The air energy heat pump withering and drying room equipment with small and medium production can realize intelligent multi-period temperature and humidity control, and the drying process does not require specialist supervision. Reasonable wind path design, no need to flip and change during the drying process, the whole furnace of daylily is dried evenly when the drying is set, and the use of daylily dryer has a high yield rate, which maximizes the shape, color and taste of the dried daylily. The equipment is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and there is no pollutant emission during the drying process. One kilowatt-hour of electricity is equivalent to four kilowatt-hours of electricity. To a large extent, it solves the problems of slow efficiency and high drying cost of traditional drying. This new type of daylily withering and drying machine can process several thousand to tens of thousands of kilograms of new daylily per day, which is very suitable for individuals, village collectives or processing companies.
